I personally would LOVE to see a serious pvp server release with active GMs enforcing the rules. So much fun and memories come from Vallon Zek it would be awesome to experience it all again.

There really aren't rules to enforce for a pvp server dude, because its a pvp server. Every man for himself. The devs get way too much complaining and petitions on pve server as is from bluebies.

Aside from no cheating or racism, there really shouldn't be any rules. Let the players make their own.
