Server has been disconnected

So i downloaded the game the other night. I was working just fine, was playing on blue and then loaded into lesser faydark and froze for some reason. I ended task. Now cant log into blue at all. It says on one char Server has been disconnected, on other it says you have disconnected. Nothing seems to work.

I downloaded a fresh copy and it works for someone else to log me on but still not myself. I can created chars all day long but not load in any more. I can however, load into red server and some of the others. Is there something else I can try?

use a WiFi analyzer app on your Android and change the wifi channel on your router to something other can 6 (which is the default for 2.4ghz). move about your house to find the channel with the best rating or least amount of competing wifi ssid's. possibly change to "N" based wifi or higher speed rating (b->g->n->ac->ax). after "N" you will start using 5ghz band more.
unless you have satellite or dsl, chances are you are having a local connectivity issue.
if you have internet faster than 150mbps, "N" wifi should be able to handle your network.
