cant get past char screen

hiya, last night i was modifying the ui boxes and then all of a sudden i couldnt move them anymore, the box would pop up askin to lock it or close it or whatnot. It did this on every box I tried to move. I couldnt exit so i did a hard exit (task manager) Today I log in and get to the char screen and can click on all the things like enter world, exit etc...but nothing happens. I did a right click, close on the eq icon on my taskbar and its still up. I dont know whats up. Any suggestions??

OOkay update, I had to right click on everything, but now when i did loadskin velious, it doesnt show the eq option usually found on the lower left. That opens up an array of options..does anyone know how to get that into the loadskin velious?
