Faelin Bloodbriar

Is Faelin bugged in Gfay? I've killed probably 25-30 orc pawns and she never spawns.

I also noticed Telin in Burning Woods wouldn't talk to me when I hailed him, and he looks on me kindly, faction-wise.

Slightly nervous some of the Druid Epic is bugged.
