Perrir Zexus in Neriak 3rd Gate not responding to quest speech, Halflings in Nektolus Forest are not dropping Woven Grass Amulets. Please fix quest

Initiate quests probably would be in by now, but I think they plan on holding off until nearly or at kunark's release and then adding all those deity based quests at once. originally they were put in piecemeal over months towards the end of vanilla.

But im hearing rumors we wont get a server restart till Kunark so we might not see them till they launch Kunark
