Cats are clever and conniving, which makes them much more interesting to play with

Dogs’ relatives are wolves. Cats’ relatives are leopards, lions, and motherfucking tigers.

Kittens are infinitely cuter than puppies

Cats are much less likely to run away from home and get lost

In short, dogs are for emotionally-dependent people that need a constant source of stupid, blind loyalty. Cats are for people that are interesting and independent enough to enjoy the pockets of deep affection cats give to their human companions.
