Red face scumbag druid in welfares can't even quad with a lumi staff on.

I was running a successful Karnor's group and sent an invitation to a high-quality LFG bard to join when a group member announced his imminent departure. Unfortunately, after I told the replacement to come, I received word that a rogue who had LD'd, never returned, and disappeared from our group earlier in the evening had already been (re)invited and was at the camp.

Being the gentleman I am, I told the replacement I had messaged that his services would not be required.

Then, shock. The rogue who had earlier LD'd without returning LD'd again.

I didn't hesitate this time to move on with the business of managing this high-quality group of VIP players, and reinvited the bard.

Groovyshop arrived swiftly, but equally swiftly the LD returned looking for an invite. I measured that each had roughly equal rights to the slot, and made the executive decision on behalf of my distinguished groupmates, who deserve nothing but the best, that the higher-level bard who did not have apparent internet problems was the one who would be invited.

Inferring from his pugnaciousness that Atrocities' mother had tonight failed to cook his steak from Publix to the crispy well-done specified, I declined to inform my combative groupmate that I would not be swayed by his tantrum into choosing a suboptimal path for our group, with whose protection Fate had entrusted me, before he left the group.

Unfortunately for everyone involved, Atrocities stayed behind hunting for injustice. He had been seeing red since Mom served him that medium-rare bloody steak, but being late for his quarterly $100 "rent" payment to her, found himself unable to direct his anger at the true source of his misfortune without risking dire consequences.

Atrocities's finely tuned intellectual apparatus detected nepotistic collusion between myself and this bard, a stranger, and he was not going to let our evildoing slide.

The rogue himself didn't seem particularly put out, but Atrocities's inner monologue still shrieked for vengeance. She knew seeing the pink of blood in his steak made him nauseous. It had taken 3 cans of Coca-Cola to calm his stomach, and the caffeine had taken a toll on his nerves. "MOM!!!" shrieked his inner monologue as he struck verbally at the Karnor's conspiracy, and promised me that I would never again enjoy his company.

This hurt me enough, but as the door swung shut, Atrocities turned and made eye contact, then spoke truth that chilled me to the bone and left me questioning my decision to use Twitch and a padded bra to stream EverQuest professionally:
