Sraff of elemental mastery: Fire

Hard to confirm if its a bug, just a heads up, i beleive this staff should be dropping in hate, after a couple days it looks like its not back on its drop table (forsaken revenant)

Hard to confirm 100% but i have a feeling it may not be dropping.
