I hope to have this matter cleared up eventually…. but doing so through official channels has proven to be a test of my patience and determination…

Skills:

1. Mana Battery – This is my primary role for all grouping and raiding events.
- A written request must be received, by me, no less than 30 days prior to the event.
- Without this written request, I will not have time to prepare and will be unable to properly perform my duties as Mana Battery.
- If I am unable to perform my duties as a Mana Battery, I will still be happy to attend for moral support.

2. Skeleton Herder – I will create a ‘party skeleton’ for your enjoyment. Comes in child or adult sizes.
- Available upon verbal request.
- Bone chips must be provided.
- I am unable to guarantee that the skeleton will not travel through walls and bring several hundred angry friends to the party.

1. Necromancer Studies at the Tower of Death – West Cabilis.
- Emphasis on Torture Methodology.

It doesn't even matter what guild this person was in, sure he dropped it but any good person is going to know who it belongs to and not take it like an idiot.

The VP key part is pretty retarded aswell, because you would know alot about that considering you were only guilded with us 4 days.

If I was at a bar with 5 other people that I just met, and I dropped my wallet on the ground, and one of those 5 people picked it up, knew it was my wallet, continued to hang out at the bar with me and kept it, would that be ok?

No, it fucking wouldn't be ok.

Mahgda knew who the item belonged to, it wasn't some random drop transfer gone awry, he knew the warrior twink dropped it, he knew it should be returned, but he didn't care. He decided the twink already had a bunch of money and that it was TMO and we don't like them, therefore he should get to keep the item.

There's zero hypocrisy involved. TMO is full of a bunch of shitty sociopaths would who slit their own mother's throats to get more pixels, or people who are too cowardly to stand up and say "I don't like this behavior" because they'd rather get more pixels, and I fucking hate them; but stealing from them isn't ok just because they are shitbags.

If you have a problem with the decision, too bad. Shouldn't have stolen something. There's no fucking hypocrisy, just precedence, and that precedence is that BDA doesn't harbor thieves.
