Where does a Barbarian Shaman go to buy spells?

The hand merchant has sold to all of my characters good or evil, makes Ivandyr's Hoop a lot easier. That merchant only sells dots though.

You might be able to buy crossover spells like the healing line / sow at rivervale, or hastes at the FP enchanter guild, for example. Exclusively shaman stuff will require friends or running if you're on the east side of the world.
