How to reduce loading times in between zones?

Hello everyone! So, I've followed this, guide, in order to get me started. Everything is working perfectly and I've seen no errors so far, but the game takes a minute every time it tries to load. Now I know this doesn't sound much, but for an old game like this, shouldn't it load instantaneously? Also, does enabling "TextureCache=TRUE" in the eqclient.ini file actually help?
