Yes thank you Sirken. Objectively, I think this punishment is acceptable and it will quiet the whiners.

Totally not worth the two weeks of RNF though Chest. Maybe next time you idiots can keep it in the petition section where it belongs and let Sirken do his job.
Yes, we all believe you are very objective.

It didn't go public for like 4 days - Sirken dubbed it a raid disagreement then told the two parties to figure it out. TMO saw it as a personal matter for Dinacarl, so there was zero chance of an agreement happening - TMO wasn't going to accept any sort of suspension for themselves.

So Chest threw it out to the raid forum to try to get Rogean's attention. Not like he went straight to RnF.
GM says do one thing...Chest does another. Having unreasonable expectations for what should happen doesn't warrant you taking everything to the raid discussion forum simply because you have a blind fury for a guild. You simply keep working for a compromise and then ask again for GM involvement if you can't come to an agreement. It is funny Chest's stance towards some of these players now though. At one time some of them were in BDA and valued members like a few of you now. I guess moving on from Chest's guild makes them terrible people somehow.

Can you guys go shit up another thread? There's plenty of other places to argue in RnF.

Thanks for being understanding. We would have preferred to wrap up that train the day we found out about it and treating is as a non-raid dispute, but BDA wanted to pursue the issue as a raid dispute and we wanted to respect that. We really, really (seriously, desperately) want you guys to start working out all disputes on your own. It takes a huge burden off our shoulders and allows us to spend more time on the majority of the player-base and their problems. The ~340 petition threads in the petition forum shows just how much attention is required by the CSR staff on a day-to-day basis.

As we continue to work out the growing pains of this system, we hope guilds will be able to cooperate and negotiate more efficiently and effectively. What we really want is for everyone to work together to have fun, regardless of class. This will make our lives easier and let everyone enjoy the game more, while allowing everyone to feel as though they are part of a community that they themselves rule over.

We know it's going to take a little while to get adjusted, but once that happens we hope the entire server can run more smoothly, with less drama and tension, and more fun.

But most of these people only have fun if there is drama/tension. Its what they want.
