Haha, this thread rules.

Yeah P99 is buggy - it's an emulated EQ server - but it's the best you've got for a true classic EQ experience. Fortunately the guides are quite forgiving and will even give you a full exp rez after you've looted your corpse if you send out a /petition in game and have the patience to wait for them to respond.

But yeah, CR sucks. Anyone who plays here knows how much it sucks to spend hours getting your corpse because of a bug.

Well again - I could give a damn about fish flying out of water being classic. It was a bug then, it's a bug now. Anyone with an ounce of sense can see that. Are we to truly to put up with everything Verant never got around to fixing, just because they were too focused on expansions, instead of fixing issues and finishing content?

As to mobs walking through walls - while that didn't feature in this instance as a bug that annoyed me, I note that once attacked these wall phasing mobs seem to path correctly - not walking through a wall to escape me. So why can't they do the same when just behaving normally?

You need to relax man. Every one of your posts is you raging about something then someone jabs at you and you get even more mad. Need to have a thick skin here if your gonna survive. Shit's classic is the most given response you will get here. If you can't deal with that then just stop posting.

I would definitely argue in favor of fixing easily fixable classic bugs like flying fish, assuming they're easily fixable. I'm all in favor of reliving the *true classic experience* and everything, but I mean I can assure you I had absolutely zero fun in 1999 when I boarded the boat to Erud's Crossing only to be eaten alive by an airborne killer shark a few moments later.

And what do you suppose the P99 developers are focused on? :P

Primarily bugfixes and better classic features, I hope. Then getting Velious playable when they're not improving current content.

Sharknado isn't classic EQ, but equally as funny as this thread

I can't believe that's a real movie. Is it actually worth a watch just for laughs?

If you like "terrible" movies, yes.
I think sharknado (1) was intended to be a good sci-fi B movie. Instead it is terrible trash.
Sharknado 2 was made to be cheesey/funny and comes across as total crap
