Raid Mob Question?!?!?!?

So how do you guys deal with Raid Mobs? Or Camps for that matter?

Like first one to the mob? What if its a tie? Do you /random 0 100
Is there a sign in sheet?

All of the fighting take place here on the forums?

And will there ever be a PVP server?

One guild gets there first, a second guild trains, either of those two or possibly a third guild kills the mob and loots, then they all come here on the forums and bitch at each other for a week.
