It's without question the Platinum Fire Wedding Ring at +55hp, just as many others have said. At 250pp each, it can increase the survivability of any player greatly. Even at lvl 60 people still wear these.
2 of the rings on a newbie increases survivability exponentially.

Now compare those to the Velious Fire Wedding Ring (6ac65hp) IIRC... Guessing those are selling for something silly right now :P
