Swish man, this is a blue problem. A major one. The players that are still there deal with the problems as they are because they love the game! Maybe even as much as you. Comments like that bum me the fuck out.

It's as classic as wanting no variance but adding a rotation.

If you want to accomplish more in less time sitting around, you know there's other places to be.

Except, being PK'd while attempting a raid target isn't an idea of a good time for most of the people that play blue. To try and cover all bases, yes there are people that play both, good for them. It's not exactly a good argument to claim hey come to red and you can raid. It's not the same game sir.

Personally, I don't want a PVP experience and I sure as hell do not want a variance. Vindi is supposed to be 8 hrs, and he's supposed to be farmed like a whipping bitch.

For example: Vindi's BP is one of the best for Shamans. A Step up and easily farmed item for a lot of tanks before they can tackle Idol.

I personally don't mind you recruiting with omission to the name of the obvious. Your sigs usually crack me the hell up. In this case I think your options aren't the best, WoW? really... Red's not the answer in this case either. Fix the variance, and put a stop to poop socking epics for MQ's. That would solve about 50-60% of what's wrong with p99.

A Chicken in every pot, and 2 cars in every garage.

Sweet video but does it have to say "Trakanon' in big, red script the whole video? Makes it hard to see all the action...

Classic EQ = no variance. I honestly think it's just a cover to deal with the problem of server lag with hundreds of people in a zone.
DING! DING! DING! We have a winner folks.

I saw 2 desynces on Vindicator kills when Velious launched, and thats only with 300ish. Consequently Vindy had a variance added the next week with no explanation.

After a CR at least you're done, and without the variance you know when to be there. Blue raiding requires hours of poopsocking but without variance the long list of BDA/Taken apps will plunge and people will jump ship to Rampage etc.
