Alright, I'm new around here. I've downloaded the P99Files40 patch files. Now what? I'm using PlayOnMac to run EQ via wine on a Mac.

Is there a reason our last two patches haven't resulted in a respawn/reset of mob spawn timers?

People complaining about the europeans/non-americans (Europa) getting free-rein at raid targets in the middle of the night i.e. Rampage and BDA.
