When your working the deepwater faction , killing the 3 npcs in toxx/paineel untill you can hand in the odus pearl quest, then loot as many pearls as you can carry, they re spawn fast and kill the sharks to help spawn the diseased shark, go hand in the pearls , asking for the bag then 4 at a time, then go back and pick up as many pearls again, and keep the sharks clear for diseased sharks ( doing that allows you to do the barnacle breastplate too).
