I almost prefer a loot council honestly.

DKP systems favor neckbeards - Looking at you wife

But real talk - I am in a guild on the TLP where we do loot council and I have found it to be very fair and I am getting more loot than I probably would have if we ran a DKP system. Then again there is also instanced raiding, so the loot is flowing like salmon of capistrano. When Velious drops we will be doing full clears of nTOV uncontested.

The only thing I will say negative about loot council is BDA uses one so it must be inherently evil. Also, Chest is satan and probably also uses the metric system due to being a terrorist.
