Another 1100 calories down...and made it to my next goal on the treadmill.
Treadmill: 35 minutes @ 12.6 km/h (590 calories) Bike: 25 minutes with intervals (210 calories) Cross-trainer: 15ish minutes (250 calories) Treadmill walking with an incline to warm down (50 calories) Up to 12.8km/h next session, probably not going to do that at the first attempt. | ||

Still needing a 2 minute break trying to do the 12.8km/h on the treadmill but working on it.

Last session in the gym I managed to hit 12.8km/h for 35 minutes with no breaks, hitting the milestone of 13km/h today...again probably not at the first attempt but we'll see.
Get yourselves down to the gym, out on the streets or wherever and burn some calories. If you're not sweating, you're not working hard enough! See if you can burn more calories than the plat you earn on elf sim tonight ^^ | ||

Getting my stuff ready for my cruise tomorrow - Last day here at wokr until next Tuesday. Will be sailing the ocean blue from Galveston, TX down to Cozumel, MX - first time on a cruise ship.
I will think of none of you the entire time...well maybe I will think of Swish if I see a homeless begger getting mugged in an alleyway or maybe Maerilith if I see a mexican tranny/hooker | ||

In a matter of seconds, Thomas pumped his driving rod into Miku's piston harder than Thumper could ever have hoped to dream of pounding anything. They both sweated immensely and clung to each other as they did their dirty work. “Ooooh.... oh my god.... oh my god.... oooh god~♥!” moaned Miku as she breathed heavily. “Oh man, oh man, oh man... ooooooh, yeah~♥! Oh, that feels good!” moaned Thomas as he breathed heavily. They both started to twitch to and fro and breath even harder. “Oh god, Miku~♥!” moaned Thomas in immense pleasure, “I think my whistle's gonna blow!” But Thomas wasn't talking about his own two whistles up THERE... He was talking about the 'whistle' down THERE!
