Yes all all of what you want is out there. Manastone and rubicite are going to be pricey but it it's something you want you'll get it eventually. When it comes to raiding you have to decide how much time of your life you're willing to set aside for this game. Choose your guild based on that.

PoH is done quite frequently and the purple armor is even more common with Cleric mini boss
