I was able to kill ALL 9 wisps that spawn on Erud's Crossing island continiously, and most of my gear was crap (few cheap loam pieces, Green silk drape etc.). Untill about level 16-17 the solist wand is a powerlevel tool still due to relatively low mob's hp (lvl 9-14 mobs rarely get over 200-250 hp).
