San Diego county much chiller for sure. For instance whenever i get caught drinking on the beach they just ticket me for infraction disturbing the peace instead of takin me to the drunk tank.

Indiana, if you're caught with the weeds you get 1 year supervised probation and you can't even go to a bar the whole time or you violate and server maximum in jail...

Like if you were caught in Jan. 2nd 2009 for smoking weed, and you violated and were sentenced again for failing a piss test on Jan. 1st 2010, the DA would push for you to server at least 180 days in jail and server another probation sentence... violate again and get one whole year and house arrest 5 months following... Violate again you're going to D.O.C for habitual offender and be forced to defend yourself from nightly ass beating/raping.

I knew a dude who violated three times for pot or P.I, they sent him to Miami county D.O.C for 1 year 6 months time served, on his third day in D.O.C he got into an altercation with some 18th streeters doing 15 to life for armed robbery they killed him by slamming his head into a concrete wall over and over.

People don't have to share that they are smoking a bowl, they just do it to engage in conversation. As people we feel the need to connect with others naturally. So if someone decides to make mention of being high, give a G4U and move on. Secondly, if your artistic at all and ever smoked weed, you'd realize that it gets your creative juices going. I love nothing more than taking a few hits and playing my guitar, I could play all night sometimes(But hey, to each their own!) This is all he said she said stuff. Everything in life has a side effect. I smoke cigarettes, weed, and occasionally drink. I enjoy doing these things, but like all things take them in moderation (Even EQ..) If you overdo things, the situation is bound to get out of control. I smoke before I go to class sometimes. Then again if I am having dinner with my girlfriend and her dad, I stay sober. There is a time and place for everything, but your never going to know until you feel the situation out either(Which is what happens when someone says "brb loading a bowl fellas.") I realize that not everyone in the world enjoys pot, but I do. So if my happy ass is going on about how fucking stoned I am and you don't like it, ignore it or tell me to shut up. Either way I probably won't care, and will take another hit off my bowl before enthusiastically carrying on with my day/night.

I should end it here but.. Since we're categorizing pot smokers; look at all the great musicians we have that toke up. Thanks to mary jane, we have some amazing music out there that I am sure even non-pot smokers listen to. Sure sometimes musicians go out and kill themselves for one reason or another but that's not my problem. I'm still jamming out to my phat beatzz, high as hell, and grinding on some EQ in my spare time.
