For the Spectrum customers, the workaround may be to use a VPN service, for now.
Without VPN, I see timeouts when running traceroute to project1999.com web server (same IP address space as the game server). While I am on VPN, traceroute is clean. By the way, the potential routing issues seem to exist within the Hurricane Electric's network (Internet Backbone and Colocation Provider). I will run on VPN tonight and report if I have any issues.
