Hey dictator! According to the old lore handed down in the sacred scriptures of Zam there isn't even a mention of the nerf hammer till 2004 and even then it is disputed. Would that we could call upon the most high god and rouse him from his torpor so would place barriers between the dimensional walls! Lowly worm that I am I still scream forth with much vile angist regarding this unholy treatment of this most sacred world clone! RESTORE THE BALANCE! (unroot dragons, restore gate push, undo leashing, release PAoE limit cap, restore click normal click times) All things things and more do nothing but how truly this game is nothing but a toy in the hands of some uncaring Demon Lord! Where is my Isekai? Will no hero rise and save us?

I think you will need some serious documentation to show PBAOE's used project 1999 style in classic era, because I never saw or heard of it during Live, and I talked to a lot of slime balls as well as great heroes.
