Haven't we gone over this before, those are "new" to the site, that's not evidence of them being new items in game... see: Garduk and Windstriker listed in the same update as "new" items, despite being items that were not upgraded rewards.

It appears that some older zones were updated with Tuesday's patch. It also appears that some Plane of Air quests have had their rewards modified.

What other time were Plane of Sky items upgraded/modified after the new items were put in, then?

Post evidence of the upgraded items existing in game prior to March 2001.

Yes, we have gone over this before. The consensus and all of the evidence pointed towards March 2001. The only detractors in the thread were "C'mon man, just leave it as-is and work on Velious".
