I have. You're just too dumb to comprehend and/or so mentally ill as an individual that you would try to stop a cure to cancer if your position in an argument was "it's not possible to cure cancer". No matter what, you always insist on your ignorant position, because you can't handle being wrong.

You haven't. You just keep strawmanning my position, as you cannot admit you are wrong. People can read my posts. Why do you keep lying about what I am saying when it is trivial to prove you wrong?
If you want a cancer analogy, I was saying "There is no current method to solve cancer via asking aliens from another planet for help. Let's not waste time discussing the alien method, as it isn't feasible".
I am interested in solutions that have a realistic probability of being implemented on P99 specifically. To reiterate the realistic constraints and solutions:

The reality is there aren't that many solutions available when you think about it logically. Here are the constraints:
1. P99 will never have paid subscriptions.
2. P99 will never be instanced.
3. P99 will never have paid staff. They will always be volunteer.
4. P99 uses classic long respawn timers rather than custom respawn timers that are faster.
5. P99 allows you to make a lot of free accounts.
6. P99 devs are not willing to force the /list system they created on a large number of camps. There is no reason to assume they will make another automated system like /list that will do things such as prevent specific accounts from looting specific items for a period of time.
Those constraints heavily reduce the available solutions. These are the solutions that would be viable:
1. FTE
2. DPS race
3. Roll Off
4. Rotations
5. Player enforced lists (not the /list mechanic)
6. Free for all (no rules, can train people, ninja loot, etc.)
None of these solutions will make everybody happy. Rotations are hard to enforce, as the staff has to do it. This is why rotations are generally limited to something like Plane of Sky, where it makes sense. The key system unique to that zone makes it difficult to go though the entire zone without changing the mechanics or enforcing a rotation.
