Troriste aka Nizzarr forum accnt saying in vent that he would report the bug, and spam it in guildchat as a way to cover his ass doesn't make it pretty obvious or anything good call Nerfed, or the fact that Nizzarr(Troriste) admited to at least doing it twice himself on the forums.

If you guys stumble across a bug that works out in your favor, grab your loot, petition the exploit (in petition forum), and move on.

You don't return week after week abusing the same exploit because you wouldn't be able to complete the encounter otherwise. This is where you went wrong and why you received bans. Having to explain this 20 times in 20 different threads makes me sad for the average IQ of a Red99 player.

Not going to spend all day replying to the person who clearly benefits by spinning this Reikar, Uthgaard already pointed out this was a bug on blue (which is why Niz would know about it).

Abusing it week after week, or checking week after week to see if it's fixed, is there really a difference? No, typical spin bullshit.

I realise some members of Holo shit up the forums the best they can, but I believe there is a legitimate complaint here and would ask that people don't shit up this thread, if you choose not to that's aight too.

Disciplinary actions aren't discussed in public or with anyone but the owner of the accounts. This is the policy of the server, and has been since Blue existed. I've been through this before with the red population, we do not bend our policies to cater to trolls inciting drama based on inconclusive information.

Rest assured if I have evidence to suspend/ban someone for exploiting, I will. I and the other developers don't work as hard as we do to see raid encounters get twisted and exploited. With that though comes policies to ensure the rule breaking is 100% confirmed (see what I did there?). In most cases, we simply have to be there to see it, which we were for Holocaust.

If a guild exploited one raid mob and we happen to not be there or have enough evidence to act, consider yourselves lucky.. but I bet after the Holocaust situation you are going to think twice about taking advantage of something like that again.

(P.S. Only two people were banned with option of reconsideration, the rest were suspended and may chose to continue playing if they desire.)
