6) she is awful jumpy. by that I mean when you hail her it would be helpful if she stayed put longer so you could give her items. McNeal Jocub in s. qeynos has the same problem. he moves from room to room stocking shelves or something and it is a pain to give him 4 moonstones.

Hailing the NPC will make them stop briefly. while doing your turn ins just spam hail every 5 seconds or so and it should keep them in place long enough to finish up...
