It should be very similar. I looked at allakhazam just now a bit more but didn't find anything. Baobob responds to a hail and mentions [garmets]. he offers to make you a belt, boots, and capes for quality wolf skins and clothes just like his sister will. He will also tell you to see chanda and to tell her baobob sent me.
as far as the prices go, I'm not sure. I only did the bear pelt ones. according to this http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=923 one of the posters states that it takes 5 gp and a skin for a belt, which is just like his sister. Just as a guess I think his prices are the same. Chanda isn't supposed to say anything about what she does unless you tell her baobob sent me. I checked this on the server yesterday and she says she can make [clothes] the way she should, but she doesn't mention the prices and items she needs. Heck I'm toting some around right now. I'll give her some gold and a skin and see what she does. maybe the quest is working and something is screwed up with the text. | ||

Today Baobob told me to go help his friends in the Karanas or he didn't want to help me out. Chanda told me she didn't know me so she didn't want to help me. However, the first time I hailed her she despawned, and every subsequent time there's a couple seconds delay before she tells me to get bent.

Hey I just did the quest with her. At least for the boots and belts, which are the only skins i had.
1) she still doesn't give her prompting text. when you hail her she says she doesn't know you and to let her be. then you tell her "baobob sent me" and she says she makes [clothes]. You ask her about [clothes] and she says nothing. 2) I gave her a lq bearskin and 5 gp and got the belt. a mq bearskin and 15 and got the boots. so that is working ok. 3) she moved while I was doing this, and I couldn't finish the first time. I gave her 5 gp hoping to finish it, and she gave me the faction messages without me giving her a bearskin or her giving me an item. 4) I found I still had the bearskin so I gave it to her again with 5 gp and got my belt. 5) After all this I just gave her 5gp with no skin and got faction with karana residents, priests of life, guards of qeynos, and knights of thunder. I guess this works with out the item though it would be an awful expensive way to get faction. 6) she is awful jumpy. by that I mean when you hail her it would be helpful if she stayed put longer so you could give her items. McNeal Jocub in s. qeynos has the same problem. he moves from room to room stocking shelves or something and it is a pain to give him 4 moonstones. | ||

I was able to run through both Millers' text in full about twenty minutes ago. They responded to everything appropriately; boots, cloaks and boots. Only trouble I had with them was needing to hail four or five times before they would say anything.
