Dispels are able to target players
I don't know if this is only true of the Bard dispel, but I was able to dispel someone who was not in my group, and whom I was not dueling, on the blue server. I imagine this would also be an issue on the red server where players could dispel pets/players out of their level range.

I posted about this awhile back while doing some testing on dispells on Al'kabor. Was able to dispell both other players and other players pets outside of group/guild/duel,etc.

Oh crap, this is possible? Thought it was a coincidence. Sorry Sworen!

Shouldn't work, regardless of Al`Kabor status. It is greif-able.
