This is how the system was originally designed - only raid mobs. i wouldnt go so far as to add in stuff like ports to zone out, sounds like it would be a more of a headache then its worth. if its going to be a full repop then just give enough prior notice for people to get out of harms way and then hold to the 20 minute to reclaim camp rule. i think the better solution would be to keep it to just raid mobs but dont announce it ahead of time. this might not be best case scenario for smaller guilds but it still provides an incentive to keep track of whats dying and "compete."
