Forgive my noobitude and lack of IT skills but can someone clarify/translate :

Updated Banshee Aura: buffdurationformula 7 -> 9, buffduration 30 -> 90, effect_base_value1 -8 -> -6, max1 0 -> 12, formula1 100 -> 110

please?
