I'm just fine with fructose and lactose. Sucrose is an intense CNS stimulant. If you're like most people, your tolerance is so sky high you can't even feel it anymore.
So you flagellate yourself every night over the glucose in your bloodstream, right? Because you're not true sXe if you don't.

Taxi, I think it's far more likely that you were a victim of advertising and not addicted to sucrose and going into sucrose induced cravings at the age of 7.

That would be just fine except for the habit forming qualities of sucrose and resulting over consumption. Over consumption of sugar leads to tooth decay, insulin resistance, diabetes, obesity and gout. The food energy in sucrose is extremely short duration and sucrose contains no other nutrients.

Nice food you got there.
you can over consume anything.

have you ever breathed pure oxygen? it's awesome. makes you feel great. just like sugar. and just like anything else, over consuming it will harm you. it's called will power, get some.

Its possible, but i was also addicted to sitting down in front of the TV from 6am to 12 as a kid eating huge bowls of Frankenberries and Boo Berries and all that sugary goodness. If something is addictive for adults it can be for kids, i could be mistaken but im pretty sure you can hook kids on cocaine if you try to (lawl dont try that at home), so i dont see why it would be different with sugar.

Some kids do it even consciously now, we saw the niece of my friend guzzle down cola and she was all like "Hehehehe check me out in 10mins" with a mischievous grin.

that's called bad parenting for supplying you with unhealthy food, not addiction. you would've been fine if sugary foods were cut off. you didn't have a dependence on sugar, you just enjoyed it.

as an adult, it's called get some willpower and stop buying shitty food.

This is extremely true - there are a number of disorders that are cause by overconsumption of substances that our bodies require. Anyone who has had to take a Nutri-Sci class to fufill a general requirement in college has probably heard over and over and over that the key to nutrition is moderation. Seriously, just knowing that "good nutrition = moderation" would get you like a C in the nutri-sci class I took.

Oh Pete Anderson - your class, just like you being a professor in general, was such a joke. <3

Well i had plenty of fruits to pick from, its just that my parents slept and i went straight for the cereal box. Lots of the times it was corn flakes or rice krispies with a nice tooth shattering dune of sugar waiting for me at the bottom of the milk lake.

I dont eat alot of sugar as an adult, but my brother wakes up in the middle of the night, makes himself a tall glass of milk with 2 what i guess would be twinkies in the US or cookies and goes straight back to sleep.

Im certainly not an expert on it, but looking at my brother behave this way, it looks like an addiction to me. I looked it up and it seems its still on debate wether or not sugar addiction is a reality.

So yea, OP does not care if i smoke pot. I love those Kaleidoscopic P99 threads.
