It procs the 250dmg DD spell (Winters Roar) at level 30, the same spell that the JBB clickys at lvl 45. Also since it is god loot from CT, it has a much higher inherent proc rate. Normally on my 30 Barb Sham, if I was soloing Id proc anywhere from 1-6x in a fight. Grouped is usually 1-3 since mob dies much faster. I only have 140dex w/ self buffs. This weapon pretty much just lets you power level yourself on a Barb Sham from lvl 30-50, its pretty much OP.

Thanks for the bumps, im pretty sure Ive read several times on the forums though throughout the years that end game / god loot has higher base proc rates. Which is why the weps like ringed mace of yak, blade of black dragon etc. proc so much more often then say just a normal yak.

I know that in the FAQ and several dev have said that it basically works like this. 105 dex = 1ppm, 205 dex = 1.5ppm, 255dex = 2ppm. If that were the case for all weapons, then there is no way that I could proc 4, 5 or even 6x on a mob, in about 45-60 seconds, with only 140 dex.

I have no 100% proven evidence that the god loot has higher base proc rates, Ive only read it on the forums a couple of times, and from personal experience with diff proc weps, but then again my person experience surely isnt "proof" lol. So yeah I guess dont quote me on the whole increased based proc rate, however I can 100% say that I have had that hammer proc up to 6x in a single fight, on multiple diff mobs at different camps.

Just wanted to clear that up before someone quotes me saying I have proof, rather then just what Ive read/experienced =X.

I've never tested it, but it sure feels like it procs more than most things. Someone should parse it or whatever to see if the mechanic is working here.

It's possible to proc 6x even probably 10x a minute on any given weapon.

The chances are very slim but the proc is calculated on each combat round.

Barb Spirit Hammer proc mod = 64

With 255 Dexterity instead of having 2ppm you would have 3.28ppm.

I thought I rememberd all of the procrate mods were supposed to be removed due to not being classic but I guess it was just these two items:
