Miscellaneous: Thick Grizzly Bear Skin

Right now, the only thing that can be made (according to a receipe search)with "Thick Grizzly bear skin" is a folded reinforced medicine bag. As this isn't classic and the Gold Ribbon needed to make it will never be sold on the server, one of two things needs to happen.

1) The recipie for reinforced medicine bags needs to be changed to allow "Thick grizzly bear skin" to be used.
or
2) It needs to stop dropping and be replaced with regular "Grizzly Bear Skin".
