Default The solution to raid target monoplization; Custom World Raids

Once a month spawn a dragon that is impossible to take down via one guild. Make a checklist of tasks to do that involve multiple guilds to take out the most important boss mobs each month to unlock the spawning of this dragon.

Have this once a month dragon drop customized loot that would incentivize the top guild to give up important raid targets to smaller guilds throughout the month.

= Entire Community wins.

aka: Incentivizing the community to utilize an alliance rotation of sorts in order to attain the best loot in the game (via the once a month dragon) but not forcing it upon them.

Guilds could still decide not to do this if it was not in their best interest.

How is that non classic? In kunark on rallos zek GMs would spawn community raid dragons in the kunark era during multiple holidays.

Seems silly. And takes too much staff work.

How about:
No Variance.
10 versions of each raid boss spawn at once across the world, only one drops loot. Respawn timer doesnt start until all are killed, or they all despawn when the loot mob dies.

If ib/fe and tmo combine to kill any mob 3 times in a row, those guilds are not allowed to engage next spawn. Example tmo kills vs 3 times in row they cannot engage 4th. If fe/ib kill vs 2 times in a row andtmo kills next, niether guild can participate on 4 th. Its not a rotation, and the bigger guilds let the next guilds have the chance to compete for raid mobs.

Or to make it simpler if ib/fe/tmo kill any mob 3 times in row, no matter the combination, the 4th spawn would be open to rest of server to compete. Tmo has said before they would share raid mo s if they believed fe wouldnt kill them, so heres the chance for the 2 high end raiding forces to give back to the community. 4 th mob would be untouchable by fe/ib/tmo for 4 hours after spawn, would really help out raid scene
