isnt there a negative faction hit at the end of completing?
my guess is he completed his own (all the way through or with faction work), then thought he could mq someone elses right away pretty stupid not to research before trying to sell, byebye potential plat | ||

Nope, i lost my monk epic MQ due to someone before me messing up there MQ, so the warrior who handed in the fists got the epic right away before me handing in my book, no refund was granted
They have a pretty strict 0 policy in regards to MQing no matter the situation

I think they'd reimburse the items if a legitimate bug caused the MQ to fail. But if it's due to someone elses error, naw.
