Enhanced Graphics Question

Hello all, I have seen numerous graphical mods posted here on the forums and I was wondering which ones do different players use and why you enjoy them more than the others? I got one mod that has made the character graphics a bit better, I am looking for something that can make the environments more detailed as well. Any suggestions?
