Quest Issue: Corrupt Guard Bracers

There are two guards, Guard Donley and Guard McCluskey in West Karana that are corrupt. They spawn in the tower nearest the barbarian camp. They drop guard bracers which you give to Captain Linarius in North Karana for a small reward.

There are two things not working here.

1. The faction hit is incorrect. It seems I am taking negative faction with the corrupt guards for killing them.

2. When you turn in the guard bracers in North Karana to Captain Linarius, I do receive a small reward and some gold, but my experience does not move at all, and I have turned in dozens of these. These are supposed to give a lot of experience even into the 40's(it's supposed to move).
