Am I IP banned?

I am currently having issues connecting to Project 1999 and the Project 1999 website. I have only been able to play for about five minutes before I went linkdead, and after that, this website would not load while others would. If I'm banned, I would like to plead my case.

When I created my account, I entered the wrong phone number for SMS verification. As I tried to undo this mistake, I was informed that I had to wait until the verification expires. Instead, I tried to simply make a new account. Then, I was told that my ip was matched with an unverified phone number, so I still had to wait. Being impatient as I am, I decided to use a VPN in order to skip the SMS verification and create my game account.

Now I can't log into Project 1999 or even access the forum page on my home network. I understand that my actions were suspicious, but I have no intent to cause trouble within this game. I simply wanted to play it. If there is anything I can do to resolve this issue, please let me know.

If you box you will be caught and executed. Don't try gaming the system.

As far as I know, if you were banned it would say you were banned when you tried loggin into the server, not a blind IP ban.

You can make as many accounts as you want and don't need to use a VPN, just don't log into them at the same time.

sounds like your having trouble connecting and not ip banned.

No youre not banned. You wouldnt be having issues with the website if you were. You can be banned ingame and not be banned on forums. Youre just having connection issues with p99 stuff.

Turns out it was just my internet being wonky and I was scared they found all my 1337 north korean everquest hax. Thanks for the help anyway.
