About damn time
FLORIDA - Florida voters overwhelmingly approved a state constitutional amendment Tuesday to legalize medical marijuana, broadening access to pot beyond the limited therapeutic uses approved by the legislature two years ago.
The amendment passed with 71 percent of voters approving of the measure. I dont smoke anymore but I may have to go back its only thing that helped my severe pain with 2 ruptured disc 3 pinched nerves and 2 torn muscles in my right shoulder.

If those people ingested some THC and/or Cannibinoids they wouldn't have broken the law.

Well done Florida. Hopefully Texas follows soon. The rhetoric wheels have been put into motion, the best thing governor Perry did.

Nah if you understood chronic pain Spyder you would know Cannabis is much better than Pain pills, which I currently take, recently specially here in North Florida the FDA has cut down on it which is a good thing imo but at the same time people that really hurt suffer.
Not only that all the jails and prisons are full of people who have gone due to Cannabis, its really quite sad because people get long jail time for small posessions. I'm looking forward to trying THC again and dropping all the pills for pain.

with whoever trump appoints as AG (Guliani, or christy) I wouldnt be suprised if the medical marijuana thing is set back entirely. the DEA hasnt rescheduled it. Lets see if republicans still want to rekindle the war on drugs.

People that think marijuana should be illegal but are totally fine with cigarettes and alcohol being sold need to have their heads examined. Marijuana is far less dangerous.
