Doran Vargnus/Knight Card
Doran Vargnus, a Dwarf on Sister's Isle in the Ocean of Tears, is not responding to hails nor is he producing a reward when handed the appropriate quest item.
He works off of basic Kaladim/Stormguard factions of which I am currently kindly considered. I am a Dwarf as well. Is this a broken NPC, a faction issue, or a quest that isn't currently implemented in the "classic" timeline? I recall doing this quest very frequently back at launch.
