NPC Spawn Issue: Certain Splitpaw/Gorge nameds are to kill one another

On live there were two things that'd happen in Paw and Gorge:
1. Lord Soptyvr, the evil eye who spawns on top of the throne at Gorge of King Xorbb, would be attacked soon as he spawns by the other EE's. A bit confused how that'll work here since Soptyvr is way higher lvl than the other EE's, but I guess the minos and muddites are also to attack him, at least on live.

2. Kurrpok Splitpaw in Splitpaw, spawns right infront of the Executioner. He's for the (broken! wink, wink) Jeweled Ruby quest. The guy is also supposed to be attacked, this time by the Executioner, soon as he spawns. Sort of an execution, apparently. ><
