Scrawny Gnolls in BlackBurrow

At level 8, scrawny gnolls conned green to me in BB...now at level 9 they are light blue and aggro me.

This has been an issue for a very long time on the blue server, I'm not sure what causes it. I believe it's still possible for certain high level greens (non-undead) to aggro as well.

Possible level variance. Either way, it's not a pvp bug.
