Disciplinary actions aren't discussed in public or with anyone but the owner of the accounts. This is the policy of the server, and has been since Blue existed. I've been through this before with the red population, we do not bend our policies to cater to trolls inciting drama based on inconclusive information.
Rest assured if I have evidence to suspend/ban someone for exploiting, I will. I and the other developers don't work as hard as we do to see raid encounters get twisted and exploited. With that though comes policies to ensure the rule breaking is 100% confirmed (see what I did there?). In most cases, we simply have to be there to see it, which we were for Holocaust.
If a guild exploited one raid mob and we happen to not be there or have enough evidence to act, consider yourselves lucky.. but I bet after the Holocaust situation you are going to think twice about taking advantage of something like that again.
(P.S. Only two people were banned with option of reconsideration, the rest were suspended and may chose to continue playing if they desire.)

Rogean I don't understand why I would be considered a troll inciting drama when I was giving specific quotes from ex Nihilum, and from their guild leader. I wasn't asking for a ban of Nihilum members just an understanding why the decision to perma ban was taken when this was obviously done several times (If a confession isn't 100% confirmed I don't know what is).
I think the entire server was left guessing as to what enforcement was since this has been going on for so long without an update, or any kind of communication.
I do find it odd that you need to be there to know what happened, wouldn't the logs show this? Is the key to exploiting really to wait until Amelinda goes to bed since she has children and then continue their current actions.
Once again I'm not trying to troll, just maybe asking that our two officers could receive the same two weeks as us? We are trying to compete within the set standard of competition, and honestly figured it would alert you to the problem rather than deciding we were the problem. I realise Holo has some big mouths on the forums, but there are several more considerate players who care about the server and treatment of players, Keto for example. I don't understand why the thread would be locked or read that I want bans on Nihilum.
