Hello Project 1999 Community!

I'm Espandrai and I am very new to the server, been playing a couple of weeks now. My wife and I just got set up, druid and a bard. I wanted to say thank you to everyone that has given me such a warm welcome! It seems you have build quite the community here, and this is what I miss.

I'm sad to say I had my first poor experience on this server today. As I am very new with very little platinum to my name, I decided to play a little bit of trading in the EC Tunnel. I am still unaware of many costs etc. and just trying to make a quick buck to equip our characters asap.

I had a run in with this lvl 50, named Ecstacy, that decided to rage on me when I asked him about his Lambent Gauntlets (which i would wear). Clearly I offered too little. He told me to die multiple times, called me a curse word when I tried to explain to him that I didn't know better and he threw me on his ignore list! I don't know about you guys, but to me this is unacceptable behavior. There was no reason for him to treat me this way.

I do want to say Kudos to everyone involved in creating this server as I am having quite a fun time with this phenominal re-creation of original EQ. Thank you to the community for being kind and playing fair. I wish you all the best, see you around!

Enjoy your stay. Some folks can be unruly, but others are nice. I'd recommend sending Flicka or Falindorf a tell. They are good folks.

There is a few asshats on this server, specially level 50s..

Just /tell Douche "welcome to my /ignore list.." works miracles.
