Is it just me folks? or has a feeling of overwhelming feeling of greed and just vulturism come over p99 since velious release?

I feel like there should have been more planning, for the onslaught of beardnecks , unemployed, and government supplemented with tax dollars.


sometimes i think i should cut my leg off so i can compete, well not really.

anyways, why do i play this game? not sure anymore, perhaps it's time to make my bunker like i should have done a long time ago.

Actually, I'd say the reverse is true. The dirt merchants hawking their wares in EC have seen far less demand for items and the artificially inflated items are seeing a hit in price from those smart enough to understand the arbitrary numbers on the wiki are complete BS.

You still have a subset trying to make coin in EC. That's a good thing for the server, but more supply of similar items with the server levels staying close to the same level is a good thing for the buyer.

I'd say that feeling is server specific, not encountered it "elsewhere".

The only reason any of us play this game is Pixel-Lust, lets be honest. EQ is almost entirely based on item collecting. Make character, level to 60, use level 60 to twink level 1 in level 60 gear, grind to 60 again and repeat - thats the game in a nutshell.

However, if you join a guild you will find people willing to give you better deals and help you out. If you're just in the EC tunnel, don't expect people to be generous - they save that for guildies.

I didn't say red, you said red... I've been on PEQ and EZ server in the past as well.
