during that time, federal money was given to schools which could show a reduction in crime rate including federally funded salary bonuses to school administrators. in this school's case $25,000 a year to the principal from this program.

it doesn't reward schools which have a low crime rate, or ones which reduce theirs and then maintain it. only ones showing a constant decrease.

the goal of this was to put pressure on schools to under-report crime in minority-rich schools. and the end result was schools going out of their way to cover up the crimes of the vibrantly diverse. perhaps not an intentional goal, but if you want to reduce minority crime fast and have no real plan to address any real root causes of it you're only going to make those numbers by ignoring crimes.

So you did read how school crime and police collusion ties in with this whole thing making the Jew sheriff the best candidate for a potential false flag since he was already corrupted and dirty. If you agree on the school crime shit I linked earlier (that 40 point twitter storyline feed) then you have to at least be open to the possibility of corruption and therefore a false flag based on the circumstances. You don't need to believe it, but it becomes a plausible theory since you cannot trust the law enforcement in Broward. They have been doing a lot of crime and they tracked the police reports on stolen goods and items to prove it. Victims never get their stuff back they have to destroy it at a dumpster fire so that the Sheriff stays clean.

PORTLAND has some really good asian food. I live near the Jade District which is basically the racially congregated section of Chinese, Thai, Viet immigrants for the most part. There's great Japanese food all over town but right here is very good and cheap ORIENTAL CHOW.
